Team travel with equipment and variable end times
Athletic transportation differs from other group work in two ways: the cargo and the clock. A roster of 40 with pads, bags and equipment trunks needs under-floor luggage capacity that a shuttle bus does not have. And games end when they end — extra innings, overtime and delayed starts all move the return.
We plan hold time deliberately for athletic trips rather than treating a late finish as an exception, and we confirm where the vehicle can legally wait at the venue before travel day.

School athletic transportation and SPAB
Some school-sponsored athletic trips in California call for SPAB — School Pupil Activity Bus — transportation, requiring a certified carrier and certified drivers. We hold that certification. Whether a specific trip requires it depends on the trip, vehicle and passengers, so we review the itinerary with the school. Detail is on the SPAB bus transportation page, and broader school travel is covered under school charter bus transportation.
Tournament and multi-day travel
Tournament itineraries combine daily venue movements with hotel transfers and meal stops. These schedules are built with driver hours-of-service limits accounted for across the full trip, and with hotel parking confirmed for the vehicle in advance. For longer trips we plan the departure and return legs around realistic traffic rather than best-case drive times.
