Local Bay Area Charter Transportation

We hold our own operating authority, run our own vehicles and dispatch our own drivers. That distinction matters when you are moving people: the company you request a quote from is the company accountable for the vehicle that shows up, the driver behind the wheel and the decisions made when an itinerary changes mid-day.

Since 2012 our work has been concentrated in Northern California and the Bay Area — corporate transportation in Silicon Valley, school activity trips across Santa Clara County, wedding guest shuttles, airport group transfers to SJC, SFO and OAK, and charter work throughout the region. Cupertino sits at the center of that operating footprint, between I-280 and Highway 85 and minutes from the corporate campuses, hotels and schools we serve most often.

What we operate

Our fleet spans executive sedans and SUVs, Mercedes Sprinter vans, 17–27 and 33–40 passenger executive shuttles and 51–56 passenger motorcoaches. Running multiple vehicle classes under one operator means a 12-person executive movement and a 300-person event shuttle can be planned by the same dispatch team, with the same accountability.

How we work

Most trips start with an itinerary review rather than a price list. We look at passenger counts, loading areas, stop sequences, luggage volume, release times and venue access before recommending a vehicle. For recurring programs — employee commuter shuttles, school activity schedules, multi-day conference transportation — that review continues after launch, because ridership and timing rarely match the first plan exactly.

We are a SPAB certified carrier, which allows us to provide School Pupil Activity Bus transportation for qualifying California school activities, and we maintain ADA accessible vehicle options for groups that request them in advance.
