Shuttle bus rental built around loops, not single trips
Shuttle work is a different discipline from charter work. A charter moves a group from A to B on a schedule; a shuttle moves a continuous stream of people between two or more points for a defined window. The planning questions change accordingly: how long is one full loop, how many minutes should a guest wait at the curb, and how many vehicles does that headway require.
We operate shuttle programs across Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View and San Jose — corporate campus loops, hotel-to-venue service for weddings and conferences, park-and-ride connections and airport transfers. Because we dispatch locally, a vehicle running short on a loop can be supported rather than simply reported.
Shuttle vehicles and capacities
- Mercedes Sprinter vans, 11–14 passengers — executive movements and airport transfers
- 17–27 passenger executive shuttles — smaller loops, weddings, hotel transfers
- 33–40 passenger executive shuttle buses — campus loops, conference and event shuttles
- 51–56 passenger motorcoaches — high-volume loops and long-distance legs
Mid-size shuttles are frequently the right answer in Cupertino because many pickup points — hotel porte-cocheres, residential streets, garage-level curbs — cannot accommodate a 45-foot coach. Full specifications are on the fleet page.
Common Cupertino shuttle applications
Corporate shuttle loops connect offices along Stevens Creek Boulevard, North De Anza Boulevard, Wolfe Road and neighboring business parks in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara. Hotel shuttles move conference attendees and wedding guests between lodging and venues. Event shuttles handle satellite parking, where the constraint is usually the walk distance from the drop point rather than the drive itself.

How we size a shuttle program
Start with the peak: not how many people attend, but how many need to move within the busiest 30 minutes. A 400-person conference with a staggered arrival is a smaller vehicle plan than a 200-person wedding where every guest leaves at 11pm. Return transportation, not arrival transportation, is what usually determines final vehicle count.
We then set the loop time — including loading, unloading and realistic traffic on I-280, Highway 85 and surface streets — and calculate how many vehicles produce the headway you want. Where the wait is acceptable, one vehicle can serve; where it is not, additional vehicles run staggered departures from the same stop.
