Event transportation is a schedule problem, not a vehicle problem
Most event transportation complaints trace back to one of three things: a load zone that could not hold the vehicles, a headway that left guests waiting, or a return wave nobody sized. The vehicles themselves are rarely the issue. We plan events around the peak movement and the physical constraints of the site.
We provide transportation for conferences, corporate events, product launches, private events, festivals, concerts, business meetings, networking events and holiday parties throughout Santa Clara County.
Regional venues we transport groups to
Cupertino groups frequently travel to larger regional destinations. We provide transportation to and from these venues and are not affiliated with any of them:
- Santa Clara Convention Center
- San Jose McEnery Convention Center
- Levi's Stadium
- SAP Center
- Major Silicon Valley corporate campuses and conference facilities
Convention-specific planning is covered on the convention shuttle transportation page.
Staging, load zones and departure waves
Before an event we identify where vehicles stage between runs, where they load without blocking deliveries or rideshare queues, and how attendees are directed to the right vehicle. For events over a few hundred people we split departures into waves so the boarding area never holds more people than one vehicle can absorb.
Evening events need the return plan set in advance. A venue that empties in twenty minutes needs enough capacity staged on site; a venue that empties over ninety minutes is better served by a smaller continuous loop.
Multi-vehicle coordination
When several vehicles work the same event, the dispatch plan matters more than the individual routes. Vehicles are assigned to loops rather than to hotels where that reduces total wait time, drivers receive a common timeline, and one dispatch contact holds visibility across the whole movement so a delay on one loop can be absorbed by another.
